Notes

1. Manual counseling will be held for the vacant seats of Education Colleges in the State of Haryana

in Senior Teachers Common Room in Indira Gandhi Vidya Bhawan, Gate No.7 in the Campus of
M.D.University, Rohtak


2. The candidates should bring all original documents and one passport size attested photo
(alongwith one set of attested copies) as mentioned in the Prospectus.

3. Each admitted candidate shall deposit Rs.5000/- cash with the University Cashier and remaining fee of 1st installment i.e. Rs.5000/- +University charges shall be deposited with the College where the candidate is admitted. Rs.5000/- taken as token money is non refundable if the candidate does not deposit the balance fee in the college within three working days.

4. The candidate already admitted through online counseling and also first manual counseling
conducted by the University shall not be entertained to participate in the 2nd manual counseling
nor the shifting or change of college shall be allowed.

5. The candidates are advised to download their merit no. from the website – www.mdurohtak.com.

6. The counseling will be closed as and when the vacant seats are filled.

On line counseling and its procedure and schedule for admission to
B.Ed.(Regular) course 2009-10 will be as under:-

1. On the basis of four options, Ist counseling and seats allotment result will be made available on web-site—www.mdurohtak.com or www.epostindia.net on 16/8/2009.
   
2. Some Colleges have been disaffiliated. The list of these colleges may beconsulted on University Web-site. There will be some candidates who haveopted for these as one out of their four options. Only these candidates will be given a chance to change this option on line. They will be allowed to change the disaffiliated colleges only. This facility will be made available from 9.00 P.M. on 10/8/2009 to 9.00 P.M. on 13/8/2009. Those candidates who do not exercise this option will be allotted their seats on the basis of their balance valid options. For participating in online activity, the candidate should obtain his password online. He has to give his name and date of birth to obtain the password on line. Both should be exactly identical to the detail given in OMR Sheet/ Manual Xeroxed Sheet. The students may change his pass word as per his choice.
   
3. From 16/8/2009 to 19/8/2009, the candidates can down-load their admission letters and report at the respective allotted colleges for verification of documents and depositing of fees.
4. The Colleges should submit the latest position of seats filled/vacant by 5.00 P.M. on 20/8/2009 on-line. This will be done through the same web-site www.mdurohtak.com or www.epostindia.net. Those colleges who do not have any change in the allotted and admitted candidates should also inform about no change. Those who do not exercise this option shall be considered as all allotted candidates have reported and all are admitted. The residual seats for 2nd counseling shall be displayed accordingly. All Colleges should register ONLINE from 9.00 PM on 10/8/2009 to 9.00 PM on 13/8/2009 to get their username and password to access their portal.
5. The residual seats and list of candidates eligible will be made available on the web-site on 20/8/2009 at 9.00 P.M. For 2nd on-line counseling, the candidates shall exercise their options of colleges from 21/8/2009 to 25/8/2009. The candidates appearing for 2nd counseling have to obtain their pass word as per procedure given in point no. 2 above. From 27/8/2009 at 9.00 PM, the candidates can download their admission letters and report at the respective allotted colleges for verification of documents and depositing of fees up to 31/8/2009.
6. The candidates are advised to consult/down-load online admission procedure from the above said Website before exercising their options.

S.O. 866(E).‐ In exercise of the powers conferred by section 295 of the
Income‐tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the
following rules further to amend the Income‐tax Rules, 1962, namely:‐
1. (1) These rules may be called the Income‐tax (9th Amendment) Rules, 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2009.
2. In the Income‐tax Rules, 1962, ‐
(a) in rule 12, –
(i) in sub‐rule (1), for the words, figures and letters “on the 1st day of
April, 2008”, the words, figures and letters “on the 1st day of April,
2009” shall be substituted;
(ii) in sub‐rule (5), for the words, figures and letters “on the 1st day of
April, 2007”, the words, figures and letters “on the 1st day of April,
2008” shall be substituted;
(b) in Appendix‐II, for Form ITR‐1, Form ITR‐2, Form ITR‐3, Form ITR‐4, Form
ITR‐5, Form ITR‐6, Form ITR‐7, Form ITR‐8 and ITR‐V the following forms
shall be substituted, namely:‐

Last date for submission of form 15G and 15H are 7th April 2009. If you have debited interest on loan in your account more than Rs. 5000/- , either you have to deduct tds on interest @ 11.33% or you have to submit 15G and 15H upto 7th April 2009.

15G form is used for Age Less than 65 years
15H form is used for Age is equal to and Greater than 65 Years

Earlier it was created on excel base which contains some problem as macro etc. Now the problem has been resovled. Simply Word Pad programme will help you to create form 16A (TDS certificate) from fvu files. Which is easly available in all computers with windows xp. Now special efforts have been done on it.

Utility of This Software

• You will not have to spent extra time in generation of form 16a


• With in minimum period your forms 16a will be created


• Accuracy of forms based upon your uploaded Data


• There are options to change in Pan Numbers when you have uploaded pan with PANNOTAVBL.


• Two deductees should not have PANNOTAVBL. If there are you should change it as unique.


• For getting next/new screen you should press CTR+W .

Procedure of Installation:-

First of all you should install it in C:\ drive .

After that place fvu files in fvu folder= \e-tds\fvu\. Name of Fvu files should be Q1.fvu, Q2.fvu,Q3.fvu, Q4.fvu. If you have not Q4.fvu , You should rename available fvu file as Q4.fvu.

For example. You have only Q1.fvu file , then you should rename it as Q4.fvu. after that you will be able to create form 16a directly.

After clicking the 16a.exe file , The following screen will be displayed at your monitor.

Have You placed New Fvu files ="Y"

If option is "Y" then the following pictures will be displayed at your monitor otherwise 16a forms will be created with old data/old fvu files.

Do strictly as per given in pictures.

At present your programme is minimized, Click on minimized e-tds or press CTR+enter to restore your programme.

Now a screen will be displaed having list of Pan Numbers = Pannotavbl, you will have to correct these numbers otherwise all pannotavbl will be grouped and will print as a single form 16a for all PANNOTAVBL.

Means if there are two deductee of Pannotavbl , form 16a for both deductee will be same.

After that you can save this with pressing CTRL+W or CTRL+end.

Now a next screen will be displayed for Tan Holder Data available in FVU file. If there are some corrections (Tan,Pan,Address,Name of Deductor,Designation, Place and date of Issue of form) , you can change it Here.

Now your forms are ready in output folder as Disp.prt file , you can print your forms directly in dot matric printer or with the help of MS word in Laster/Inket Printer.

for printing in laser/inket printer - open ms word and select file available in \e-tds\output\disp.prt and set margin as below

Top= 0 , Right = 0 and Bottom =0 and save

Now you can get it print in Laser/Inket printer.
