On line counseling and its procedure and schedule for admission to
B.Ed.(Regular) course 2009-10 will be as under:-

1. On the basis of four options, Ist counseling and seats allotment result will be made available on web-site—www.mdurohtak.com or www.epostindia.net on 16/8/2009.
   
2. Some Colleges have been disaffiliated. The list of these colleges may beconsulted on University Web-site. There will be some candidates who haveopted for these as one out of their four options. Only these candidates will be given a chance to change this option on line. They will be allowed to change the disaffiliated colleges only. This facility will be made available from 9.00 P.M. on 10/8/2009 to 9.00 P.M. on 13/8/2009. Those candidates who do not exercise this option will be allotted their seats on the basis of their balance valid options. For participating in online activity, the candidate should obtain his password online. He has to give his name and date of birth to obtain the password on line. Both should be exactly identical to the detail given in OMR Sheet/ Manual Xeroxed Sheet. The students may change his pass word as per his choice.
   
3. From 16/8/2009 to 19/8/2009, the candidates can down-load their admission letters and report at the respective allotted colleges for verification of documents and depositing of fees.
4. The Colleges should submit the latest position of seats filled/vacant by 5.00 P.M. on 20/8/2009 on-line. This will be done through the same web-site www.mdurohtak.com or www.epostindia.net. Those colleges who do not have any change in the allotted and admitted candidates should also inform about no change. Those who do not exercise this option shall be considered as all allotted candidates have reported and all are admitted. The residual seats for 2nd counseling shall be displayed accordingly. All Colleges should register ONLINE from 9.00 PM on 10/8/2009 to 9.00 PM on 13/8/2009 to get their username and password to access their portal.
5. The residual seats and list of candidates eligible will be made available on the web-site on 20/8/2009 at 9.00 P.M. For 2nd on-line counseling, the candidates shall exercise their options of colleges from 21/8/2009 to 25/8/2009. The candidates appearing for 2nd counseling have to obtain their pass word as per procedure given in point no. 2 above. From 27/8/2009 at 9.00 PM, the candidates can download their admission letters and report at the respective allotted colleges for verification of documents and depositing of fees up to 31/8/2009.
6. The candidates are advised to consult/down-load online admission procedure from the above said Website before exercising their options.
